Emails and Activities - only track emails from email addresses on board?

Hi there,

We have a board set for each of our clients to track project management plans. On each board I have a Contacts Item with each contact listed in the sub item.
Is there anyway to automate or integrate outlook so that emails from any of the listed addresses are automatically added as an update to another item?

Hi Charlotte, I have looked at that automation but because the email addresses are on a sub item it doesn’t recognise them :frowning:
