Hi @SerhiiOlabin , where are you looking to embed the iframe? onto a view, dashboard etc? If so, there is an ‘embed anything’ widget you can add to a view or a dashboard. Is that what you’re looking for?

so we have some custom UI functionality that customers use to configure our clientapp. in order to secure a better understanding we’d like to embed an iframe that leads to our platform page that contains scribes (instructions media), so that consumers can understand better the settings and configure it correctly.
i don’t have technical limitations to do that, im just asking whether it’s not againts monday guidelines, i couldn’t find that info
I’m not 100% understanding the detail sorry. Is it that you have a monday.com board that you share with your customer, and within that board you want to include embedded instructional content? If so, you could create a new view as a blank tab on your board. In that tab, you could use the embed widget to display for example a video, knowledge article or help page from your own website. I often do this internally with instructions on how to use the board etc. Sometimes though the source content is set to not allow embedding, so I just make it a link to the source.
I believe this should be posted in the Developers section, not the “monday CRM” section.
