Hi Everyone I’m Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Client communication : Easy access to different company teams.
Report viewing : Clients should be able to see their progress and performance reports.
Database access : Clients need access to relevant databases and documents.
Project requests : We want clients to submit new requests for projects directly through the portal.

Does anyone have any recommendations for third-party solutions that can integrate with Monday.com, or do you think building our own portal would be a better option? Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences!

Hey Emmanuel,

you might have already stumbled across it, we have an app in the marketplace called Client Portal Builder. This app lets you set up a Client Portal directly from monday.com and connect it with your own domain. Clients and accounts are managed in a monday board. You can also embed monday WorkForms, so you could for example create a “Project Request” WorkForm and embed that in the portal.
