Yes, it should be possible to connect a monday board with outlook sheet by using a tool like Make.com, or worst case scenario with custom code.

Hi Emmanuel Katto, You can follow the below steps to integrate outlook with your monday.com dashboard:
Go to the board you want to create an Integration for and click on the Integration button, located on the upper right of your screen. You will see many options there and from there you can click to outlook icon. There you’ll see different types of integrations. Then you can simply select the integration you want to create. And then, you will be asked to connect your Outlook and monday.com accounts.
After that, add your email and and accept the permission requested.
And, it’s done.
