I am trying to sign up a user to a board by filling a form. Afterwards the person receives an email on their Gmail account that contains a link to fill a questionnaire whose data is supposed to be filled in another board
How do I get to link this two boards (The registration and questionnaire form)

My apologies if I am not understanding the use case properly here but perhaps using a Connect Boards and Mirror Column could be useful to show the item ID on the other board?
Also, you can employ automation recipes that edit items depending on where the logic matches between two boards which could work well for you here. Take a look in the automations center.
