enable different workday/weekend settings for individual team members

my teams have different working weekdays, so trying to automate leave calculators/time worked in one single calendar is a nightmare. It should be easy to set each team member’s working week at their individual settings level so that any dates entered (e.g. annual leave) automatically takes their personal work pattern into account.
