I’m exploring ways to make project dashboards smarter and more dynamic. Currently, adding new boards and updating dashboards manually takes a lot of time and can lead to errors in reporting. AI PC works best as an insight layer, not the structure itself. Most setups use board and dashboard templates with connected boards so new project boards are added automatically, then AI PC summarizes progress, risks, and overdue work.

What works well:
Standardized board templates with consistent columns.
Dashboard templates that auto include new boards.
Status, timeline, workload, and numbers widgets paired with AI summaries.

Key limits:
AI PC doesn’t replace templates or connections.
Clean, consistent data is critical.
AI insights support decisions, not automations.
