Considering how useful monday.com could be, I’m surprised there is no Excel integration that allows an excel spreadsheet and a monday board to be updated without the need to keep importing the spreadsheet to monday… Is there really no other way?!
I’ve asked support and they have suggested one app that asks for constant imports…

Our app Smart Spreadsheet for monday supports 2-way synchronization with a board. It’s a standalone spreadsheet on your monday board. You auto-import it once, and then all the updates are synced (back and forth).

If you’re able to put your Excel file on Office365, Sharepoint or Google sheets, then you can sync changes into monday using the Data Importer app.
I’ve also created a tutorial for this on how you can set-up a scheduled import so that your board is regularly updated with changes from your Excel file.
