⚡ Exciting update: A redesigned left navigation sidebar!

Hello,

I’m Moran Gibson, the Product Designer for the monday Apps Team, and I’m thrilled to announce that we’ve redesigned the left navigation sidebar in the Developer Center to enhance your experience.

Our aim was to make navigation more intuitive and efficient. Here are some of the key improvements:

  • :open_file_folder: Reorganized categories: We’ve restructured the categories to better represent a user-friendly flow.
  • :artist_palette: Enhanced design: By adding icons and creating a collapsible menu, we’ve made the interface more visually appealing and functional.
  • :high_voltage: Faster navigation: With a more organized structure, you can find what you need quicker than ever.

Hi Moran, thanks for this. Did this update also change how the left nav opens and closes? Before when the left nav “drawer” was closed, you could hover over it and it would pop out, but now it seems the only way to open and close it is with a click. Or is there a setting I am missing somewhere?

Thanks for taking the time to reply. There was no change in the hover behavior and it should work the same way. Can you try again? and in case it does not work for you take a short screen recording and send it to morangi@monday.com?
