I know that Monday.com CRM allows you to set permissions so that only certain people can view a board. But I’m wondering if there’s an easier way to restrict access for just one specific user.
For example, I have a team of 30 users who usually all have access to the same boards. But in this case, I want to prevent only one person from seeing a particular board.
Do I have to manually list the other 29 users in the board’s permissions to make sure that one person can’t see it? Or is there a simpler way to block a single user from viewing the board while keeping access open for everyone else?
You’ll need to change the setting to the board to make the board private and then invite the others. You can either invite individually OR you can make a team with the others and then just add the team
Yeah, this is what I mentioned in my initial post but I’m looking for a way to just exclude one person from viewing the board as opposed to setting it private and then having to add every single user minus the one I want to exclude.
It just seems counter intuitive to have to add every user as opposed to just listing the one user I want to exclude.
