Hi, I want to create a private board with a to do list for myself. I want to assign certain tasks to people. But I don’t want those people to have access to the entire board. Is it possible to asign a task and the person assigned will only have access to this particular task? When I try to assign a task to a person, it tells me that I need to make this person a subscriber to this board first. But I don’t want this person to have access to the entire board. Any sugggestions? Thanks
Which product (CRM/Work Management, etc) and level (Pro/Enterprise) do you have? Some levels have permissions where you can limit per item
I currently have the “Pro” plan.
Pro doesn’t have that option. A workaround would be to use a status column instead of a people column, have all the people as a status and setting up an automation that when you assign a task to them, it notifies them and/or moves that task to a board they can see?
