Failed to save form, please try again

Hey, I keep getting same error message, when creating a new form with the AI:

“failed to save form, please try again.”

I logged in with work-account to their Monday, and to my volunteer-job account (different place and account), same error. Updated Chrome, no help.

I guess more people are experiencing the same. I am an Admin so that shouldn’t be the challenge. Ideas to try next?

I was getting that yesterday, but it WAS saving the form, and I was able to switch tabs at the top to go to the main table.
