We have implemented Workforms (forms out of monday.com) but have noticed that if there is something missing we just receive an error - will no real direction on what triggered this error. Maybe this is on the roadmap? Any advice?
Where are you seeing the error and what kind of error? ie on the board where the form is going or on the form itself?
No we do not have any:
Is it happening for all users everytime? Or just on occasion? I think it might be a glitch that you’ll need to submit a ticket for.
It’s just occasional, submitting tickets for random occurrences usually don’t result in any real solutions. Wondering if the Workforms team has a list of possible errors and what could be the causes?
I don’t know then. I’ve been using workforms for a while and never had that issues knock wood
