Feature Request: Persistent Storage for Monday Docs

Description

Currently, Monday Docs created within boards, items, or workflows can be removed or lost if not manually saved elsewhere. This creates challenges for teams who rely on Docs for long-term documentation, project records, training materials, and internal processes.
Requested Feature:
Enable Monday Docs to be permanently saved and stored within Monday.com, in a dedicated and easily accessible location, until the user intentionally deletes them. This would function similarly to how files are stored in the Files View, but specifically for Monday Docs.
Key Capabilities Requested:
A centralized location in Monday where all created Docs are automatically saved.
Docs should not be auto-deleted or removed unless a user chooses to delete them.
Ability to search, filter, and organize all Docs created across boards/items.
Maintain version history and access controls.
