Feedback Form

Hello everyone
I just wanna know if it’s possible to send a feedback to client when the status of the Ticket changes to Completed or Done.
We are able to send ticket closure email but not the feedback form.

Any help is much appreciated

Hey Ali,

You could set up a link column in your board and input the form link there. You can then customise the email that’s sent to your client to include the link column which will send the form link.
