Hello,
I am unable to find how to edit the filtering options for a progress column. The standard filters are > or < 20, >50, >80, and done. I would like to add a different percentage if possible.
Alternatively, perhaps I could add a formula column that uses the progress percentage column to input the percentage into a number column. However, my attempts to create this formula have failed.
Is anyone able to point me in the right direction? Thanks so much.
It’s not elegant, but you can use the formula idea in this example to calculate the “%” done:

SWITCH({Status 1},"Done",1,0) +
SWITCH({Status 2},"Done",1,"Way Done",1,0) +
SWITCH({Status 3},"Done",1,"Very Done",1,0) +
SWITCH({Status 4},"Done",1,"Very Done",1,0) +
SWITCH({Status 5},"Done",1,"Very Done",1,0)
)/5
