@Pierce007 Currently, I believe monday does not offer native support for syncing flagged emails or tasks from Outlook. This means that actions such as flagging an email or marking a task as complete in Outlook won’t automatically reflect in monday, and vice versa.
However, researching online there may be third-party solutions that can bridge this gap:
- Microsoft Power Automate: By setting up custom flows, you can automate the creation of items in monday.com when an email is flagged in Outlook. This approach requires a Power Automate subscription and some configuration.
- zzBots Integration: zzBots offers a 2-way sync between Microsoft To Do and monday.com, ensuring tasks remain updated across both platforms. This can help in keeping your tasks synchronized without manual intervention.
I haven’t come across using these personally so perhaps others can share there experiance too
