Folder Structure and Column Flexibility

My team and I have been using Monday.com as a project management software for almost 6 months now and there are always a couple of things that really make me want to move my team to a different platform.

  1. Folder Structure
    a) Auto Open of all Folder - it gets very overwhelming and defeats the purpose of a project management software
    b) Folder Levels only being 2 - there are many layers to a project and organization 2 is not enough

  2. Column Structure - Sometimes in one board different groups (of tasks etc) need different coloumns to help organize a project, we need more flexibility to edit this because with the lack of folder structure (as explained) all the excess boards that cant get hidden can get very overwhelming
