I created a form for my members and they may need to have it updated real time, Is there a possibility that the person who submitted that answer can revise it on his own without redoing the process of filling up the form?

You could check out the monday apps marketplace app Superform! It should allow them to make edits after submitting the form. Give it a look and let us know what you think!
Alternatively, you can update the item/columns with the correct info after they’ve submitted the form. However, this is manual work for you and wouldn’t allow them to update it in real time.
