Hi - I have 2 different Forms built in the same Board, but the responses go to different Groups. I’m not seeing an option to have the “Form Response Viewer” show me the submissions from both Forms. I believe it defaults to the original, created Form in the Board. Does anyone have a solution or suggestions on how to receive all Form responses? Thanks so much.
Hi there! I understand your concern about receiving responses from both Forms in the same Board. By default, the “Form Response Viewer” in monday.com shows submissions from the original, created Form. However, there are a couple of options to address your situation.
One solution is to create separate “Form Response” columns in each of the Groups where you want the responses to be visible. This way, each Form’s submissions will be captured in the respective Group’s column. Although it requires manual setup for each Group, it allows you to view all the Form responses in one place.

Thanks, @connor_at_rally. This is helpful insight and feedback. I like the Form Response Viewer because of the capability of exporting the responses to a PDF. If I were to use the “Form Response” column, would I be able to export the responses to PDF?
