I am testing out the Forms functionality in Monday. I have created a form, published it, and set up an automation for responses to be added to another Board > Project within that board and assigned to me. When I submitted the test response about 5 minutes ago, the response still isn’t populating in the responses section of the form, and it is sitting as “Incoming form answer” in the board I had it automated to move to. Is there an standard amount of time it takes for form responses to process with all the details?
Thanks, I thought you might have had a condition, but that’s not the issue. The columns shouldn’t matter. If the column doesn’t support being transferred like a monday doc column, the item would move but that column would drop. Perhaps click into ‘item’ and ‘marketing projects’ to make sure they are mapped correctly and go to the ‘marketing projects’ board and make sure there’s no automation on there that might be counteracting it. I’m keen to see what you find, otherwise it might need a support ticket.
