I’m looking for guidance on automating a lead submission process involving Typeform and multiple vendor-specific Monday forms.
Use Case:
I collect leads through a Typeform, where there’s a choice question to determine which vendor each lead should go to. Each vendor has provided a unique Monday form link for lead submissions. Unfortunately, they’ve made it clear that submitting leads via these form links is the only accepted method—there’s no API access or alternative solution available.
Goal:
I want to automate submitting these leads from Typeform to each vendor’s Monday form based on the choice question response, eliminating the need for manual, one-by-one submissions.
Challenges:
- Only provided form links (no API or integration access).
- Need to route Typeform responses to the correct Monday form automatically.
If anyone has handled a similar scenario or can suggest tools or workflows to streamline this process, I’d be very grateful for your advice!
