We have several forms within one board and there is a question on each form that gets linked to the same column. We hide certain options depending on the form and automations are triggered depending on the selection. As of approximately two days ago, our forms are now showing users all options despite our settings to hide certain ones. Is this a bug?

We are experiencing the same issue. Workshopped multiple fixes and nothing seems to resolve this bug.
We are also having this issue. It just seemed to start happening in the last week.
If a user selects an item from the dropdown that should have been hidden, they will get an error at the top of the form saying “Form submit failed, please try again later”. There is no indication where in the form was having the problem/issue.
