Formula Column

Good afternoon,

       I am attempting to add a formula column in monday.com.   I click on the ... / Settings / Customize Formula Column.    A new drop-down is display for about 1 second then disapears and I am unable to add the formula.    Is anyone having this issue?  If so,  do you have a resolution?

Sounds like a bug to me. Does it still persist?
