Formula to combine columns into one

Any tips or formulas available to combine data from several columns to one? Using workform integration and due to inability to return to previous question in the form, we have 4 date columns transferring to the board depending on how respondents answer the form. Would like to have one date column that pulls the date from each row that is not blank into one column. No row will have data in more than one date column.

CONCATENATE({Date1},{Date2},{Date3},{Date4})

I had to rename each column so there were not duplicate names, but yes! Thank you!
