We propose enhancing the time tracking column to allow users to select future dates directly. Currently, we document when employees use medical or family leave by manually entering dates, which can lead to oversight when future dates are provided. Allowing future date selection would streamline the process, improve accuracy, and ensure timely documentation when we are any one else using the column for future time.
