When I go to monday.com, the web page says I am a guest. When I click on “Create Account” I just get sent back to the guest page. How do I create an account? I work for a global enterprise that has monday.com licences.
Thank you for responding, I’m grateful to you. But that’s exactly what my problem is. Someone in my organisation invited me. The system set me up as a guest rather than an employee. I don’t know why. Now I can’t delete the fact I’m a guest. Can anyone advise how I delete my guest account so I can start again?
