Group an item when created from a form

Newbie user. I want to group new items created on the same board based on a field value. Items will be created from a form.
E.g form has an Opt In / Opt out field. When the item is created I want it to automatically group depending on the Yes or No response in that field.

hey @Zoec you could do this with a custom automation, if your opt in / opt out field is a status column
here is a screenshot of what the recipe would look like: Replace ‘Group Title’ with whatever you have named your group.

You probably only need this 1 automation since Yes or No is mutually exclusive.
