I am using the CONVERT function manually. Once I convert the ITEM to SUB and Vice-versa, I cannot associate the action in an automation. In the Automation I have tried using Item Created, SubItem create, Status change and other items to trigger a subsequent event. Seems simple logic? So the how is the CONVERT record treated in the back-end?
