I want to make a simple list of all of my boards and who the guests and users are on the boards.
Hey @Training! If you’re on our Enterprise plan, you can achieve this by using the Content directory. The content directory provides you with a list of each board and the associated guests/users. That said, if you aren’t currently on the Enterprise plan I am afraid you would need to manually access each board to obtain this information - I apologise if this causes any inconveniences!
Whilst I really do not think it is good enough that this function is only available on Enterprise it does seem to be available on Pro for Teams (Teams > Content). So while I know this does not work retrospectively I think that setting up a Team for each individual user and allocated that Team instead of the individual user would then allow the easy management of their individual access in the future? I am going to look at setting this up - will obviously take a while to go back through
