How can I transfer a Monday.com workspace to Microsoft planner or Teams Task Tracker?

Sadly, our company is no longer able to work with Monday.com.
We have one workspace that I need to move into Microsoft Planner or Teams Task Tracker but I don’t know how to do that.
We don’t have the link from teams to monday either.
