How do I combine two text columns? Such as merging first & last name

I’m trying to set Monday.com up as a CRM. I prefer separating first and last names as unique columns, but I am seeing that is not ideal in Monday when mirroring other accounts.

Is it possible to make a formula which combines the first and second text columns together, which would place the first and last name in a single column?
