How do I send a manual email to a customer?

Hello,

I’m new to monday. I’m interested in using the form feature to capture users who are interested in the product I’m selling. Once a user fills out one of my forms, how do I send an manually email to that user through Monday? I’ve set up the gmail integration which is great. However, when I click on the users email in the form dashboard I’m taken to my email client (the Mail app on MacOS) when I’d like to compose and send the email directly through Monday. Is that possible? If so, how?

At the moment there’s no way to manually send emails to people directly through monday.com, although that is something we’re looking into for the future.

The only way to send emails through monday.com for now is through integrations.

The fact that you’re taken to your email client when clicking on email addresses is a result of your computer settings.
