How do you manage too much information?

Hi! I’m building tools for monday and researching how teams handle having a high volume of items on monday.com

If you feel like you’re in the range :

  1. Monday morning - how do you figure out what needs your attention?
  2. Someone slacks you about ‘that thing from last week’ - what’s your next move?
  3. What important stuff have you stumbled on too late?
  4. What do you wish you could just ASK monday.com?
  5. What workarounds have you built to stay on top of everything?
  6. How many boards/users do you have? (roughly)

Impact and urgency matrix is something that I often apply when there’s information coming at me from all angles. So it would be great if a tool used AI to assess that somehow and apply the next bext action eg a status and then I’d just work from that highest to lowest and any ‘nice to know’ I Would filter out for if/when I have time.
