The Overview widget in the dashboard computes and displays a status, like “At Risk”, for each board selected, based on a status field and date field you select. I can’t find any documentation on how this status is calculated. I’m testing it with a few test boards, neither of which have any tasks overdue, yet it’s still displaying “at risk”. What’s up? How is this calculated?
Hey @careyjung good question! “At risk” projects will be determined by measuring the percentage of time that has passed between the start and end dates of all projects and the percentage of “Done” tasks on that same board. It then compares these two numbers. Have you had a chance to check out this article?
