My company is used to seeing the overall status of a project, whether it is on target, at risk, or in trouble. This has been automatically calculated in other platforms. I see that we can do this manually but that is more time consuming.
It would be used by PMs to see where projects need attention as well as to show in reporting to all stakeholders.

An Overview widget in the dashboard could handle all of this for you automatically. It would check how much time has passed from start to finish compared with tasks marked as “Done”
FYI if things aren’t quite lining up with the timeline, it could flag a project as “At Risk”
