How to auo fill a line in a board from an email sent to the board

I am trying to configure the autofill of a table in a board.
When user fill out a form, it uses a formula to ask relevant questions, then it sends an email to a monday.com board. How can we autofil a table please from an email?
I have sent two emails to a board using the monday.com email address for
the board.
Both emails have gone to the board neither email has autofilled or auto
created a table.
How can you set up an email contents to autofill a table please ?
I would like the first email to create and configure the table.
Then other emails sent to the table to auto fill the same table.

I’m also trying to get my column values populated from email content sent to the board address. Is this achieavable?
