Auto filling columns when a form is submitted

Hello!

I’m wondering if it is possible to have a column or columns autopopulate with information when a form is submitted. For instance, if I want to automate an email to be sent to a list of emails outside my Monday.com board, I believe I need to manually enter those email addresses in a column each time a form is submitted, and then have the automation set up to pull those emails and send the message. I’m hoping to avoid having to manually enter those emails each time.

Hi @ccosta - you can set board default values that are set each time a new item is created. Just select the menu “…” icon in the top bar and select Item Default Values:

You can then set these email addresses to populate each time a form is submitted.
