How to choose combination of AND or OR conditions at the same time in filter?

In the above filters we would like to filter the condition based on the combination of the AND or OR but the system is not allowing.

Please let us know any solution that can be met the above combination.

The filter is only a big AND or OR :blush:.
You have to play with the conditions (is/is not etc. ).
