How to convert lead from Marketer to Sales CRM

Hi all!

I have a issuse how to convert lead from Matketer to Sales CRM. The problem is always I need to manualy add in sales crm and I can not convert in Contact.

Is it possible for you to share a short recording or visual so I can get a better understanding of the roadblock here? Are you attempting to move items across boards (as part of the ‘conversion’ process)? Any further information would be great so we can assist asap :slight_smile:

Hey Bianca,

Thank you for helping. In our marketeer part we create CRM forms, there are we got the new leads, who comes from our website. After we collect them, we want some of them to move in Sales CRM part, where we convert to conctact data base.

From my understanding, it sounds like you’d like to move items from your marketer product to your sales crm product, correct? Are you interested in moving this through our automations? Can I ask when you set up the automation, does the Contact board appear when selecting the board in the automation?
