How to create an annually recurring automation based on a date

I am trying to create an annually recurring reminder based on a date and struggling. This is to remind me of an employee’s work anniversary every year, based on a date field, “Start Date”.

At the moment I have;

365 days after “Start Date” notify X

But obviously this only triggers once, I need it to trigger every year.

So I tried every time period but, this is set on a specific manually entered date, I can’t link it to the “Start Date” field.

Any ideas? Thank you!
