How do I set up recurring reminders for birthday/anniversary/bills payments?

Hi,

I need the function to set for recurring events like birthday, anniversary, bills payments etc.

Is there a way i can set for this ?

Hello Bernardlim

One possibility that we often use is that we work with automations.
For example, we have a board for annual invoices, which is structured as follows.

  • On the one hand, we have an automation that when a date arrives, the status changes to “due”.
  • On the other hand, as soon as the status changes to “due”, the defined person is notified.
  • In addition, we have a third automation that pushes the date by 365 days as soon as I change the status to “pending”.
