Hi all, digging into Monday to utilize a board as a digital production traveler.
My goal is to have only the task assignee have permission to change the task status (dropdown) from “Assigned” to "In Progress’ to “Completed” etc.

Is there a simple way to set cell permissions?

Would this specific editting permission be suitable for you here?
Essentially, only the person assigned will be able to edit the associated columns.
Alternatively, you can also set up Column Permissions to ensure that only specific people have the ability to edit/view the column. Just to note, this feature is only available on our Pro + Enterprise plan.
