Hi @Oleg if an add-on is an option, I suggest taking a look at the Analytics & Reports by Screenful. It allows creating custom charts and task lists that you can share via scheduled reports or place in a monday dashboard.
Here’s an example Table chart that shows the progress of each team member during a sprint:
Notice the drop down menu on the top that allows switching between groups so you can view the numbers not only for the current sprint but also for any of the previous sprints. The columns are configurable so you can choose what stats to show for each row.
To add more visibility across all of your sprints, you can create another table so that each row is a group instead of an assignee:
Now you can see all of your sprints and their stats at once. The dropdown menu on the top allows switching between “All assignees” or any individual team member (the menu is configurable so you choose which column in your board you want to slice this view).
For tracking sprints we also have the typical agile charts such as burndown or cumulative flow diagram.
