Hi Everyone!
I wanted to share some tips for recieving notificaitons about a specific post. Notifications are especially helpful to stay updates about discussions around feature requests and their statues.
To turn on notifications for a specific post, follow these steps:
#1: Go to the category of your choice and open the topic you want to receive notifications for
#2 Click on the bell on the bottom right of the thread (shown below)
#3 Choose from one of the following notification levels:
- Watching: You will be notified of every new reply in this topic
- Tracking: You will be notified if someone mentions your @username or replies to you
- Normal: You will be notified if someone mentions their @username or replies to them.
- Muted: You will never be notified of anything about this topic, and it will not appear in their list of latest topics.
To make sure you get notified about all new statuses or updates on a post, choose the "watching" option.
You can also change these settings for all topics within a specific category or tag on their Preferences > Tracking page.
