+1 vote for native HTML email support. Looking back in the smaller related thread #12, we asked for this and have been talking about it since 2019. Surely it’s a priority by now.

Hey its been a year, Any update on this or is this a fallen on deaf ears situation? This is a very crucial update that should of happened along time ago. I don’t see how this would be a very time consuming feature to develop. This thread has gone on since 2019 and 5 years later its still not even on a roadmap. This is a pretty big pitfall. There are 251 replies on this thread which you would think would be enough to make that happen?

I want to provide some clarity on this request. At the moment, this feature is available when using the mass email feature on monday.com CRM. The team is working on more capabilities related to mass email and email automations. I will update on any changes to it. You can read more about HTML and emails here.

Understood, This should be a feature on Work OS as well. Email’s and Activities does not automate.

You can use EasyMails app, you can use drag and drop template designer, easily upload files directly from your board column, and seamlessly integrate your board data into your email content.
It’s like having Mailchimp inside monday .com
Can this be used with automated emails? I installed and see how to create html templates but can’t see how to use with an automation that sends an email
You have to add recipe, or go to automation center and create your automation by searching easymails.
Hi @Julietteb , could you please clarify what you mean by " this feature is available when using monday.com CRM pro" ? I have a pro account and don’t see where I can format the automatic notifications.

Hi! This exist on our sales CRM pro accounts, You can learn more about sales CRM here. At the moment we are not planning one expanding it, but there are apps in the app store that you can check out that can help with your use case!
