Even a simple carriage return in the automation would be great. Everything is a run-on sentence in there.

This should not be marked released. HTML support in mass emails cannot be triggered by automations. That is in the first sentence of the request! And mass emails cannot save HTML as a template. Please, please, please, pretty please fix this. It doesn’t make any sense to restrict automations to plain text. Nobody communicates that was in a sales organization!

Is there any update to this feature being added to the roadmap? Not having the ability to customize automatic emails is becoming a major blocker for what should be simple automations designed to save time. While third-party apps may be helpful, this should really be a core feature within monday.com.
