Are you getting an error?

Yes, it tell me that there is an error ( no number or nothing ) and the attach are cancelled

And where are you trying to attach from? Inside the item on the files tab or a specific column? How large is the pdf? Could it be too large?

It won’t let me upload the files in any column or in any conversation thread from the computer,

I find a temporal solution that it’s attach the file from Google Drive
