I set up something similar for my real estate tasks by creating boards for listings, clients, and showings, then linking them to track what stage each deal is in. For example, I based my structure on how I manage my rentals with Cupertino Property Management -Valley Managment Group —they keep things super organized with timelines and contacts. Monday’s automations helped keep everything moving, especially for follow-ups and scheduling.
