I want to save the data at that point in time in a fixed cycle

For example, I would like to keep the data on the board at that point each Sunday so that in the future I can compare and view them.
It is desirable to have the point in time data stored automatically for the purpose of managing deviations between the original schedule and the present.
I have tried to achieve this using automation but have not found anything good, does anyone have any ideas?

If i got you right, I suggest you to try Time in Status app which track time the Item has spent in each workflow status. So you can monitor how fast the Item moves between statuses.
You’ll get user-friendly data on the board in a few seconds.

Also you will be able to track how much time your issue spends in each status and much more by generating 3 types of reports:

Advanced reporting board is now available for time trackers using Smart Timer and Team Tracking app which has the same look and feel as the native monday.com timer.

We had the same pain point with our service based business, detailed reporting is so important, so we got our dev to build a solution which we have now released to the monday.com marketplace.
